About This Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our team on a contract basis, working in regional nursing homes across Queensland. As a Registered Nurse in Residential Aged Care, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care to residents, using evidence-based practice to enhance their physical, psychological, social, and spiritual wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to residents, adhering to the values and standards of the aged care provider and E4 Healthcare.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualised care plans.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Current AHPRA Registration – Division 1 Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 1 year experience working as a RN in Australia (Aged Care experience preferred).
- A willingness to work a range of shifts as required by the facility.
- Current police check (within 12 months) and proof of covid/flu vaccinations.
