Job Title: Business Development Associate

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who wants to learn more about the institutional investment industry and make a significant contribution to our business model.

The team is looking for a Business Development Associate to further develop our business with major Corporate clients within the region. The Associate will be responsible for assisting in building a pipeline of prospects across various industries.

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to qualify new business leads and help source new business opportunities.
  • Partner with senior sales team members to schedule meetings with new prospects, set up meetings with existing strategic accounts to identify growth and cross-selling opportunities, and manage client feedback calls.
  • Meet designated prospecting and meeting targets through cold calling and other lead generation efforts.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and client presentations.
  • Develop a working knowledge of primary research methods, the competitor landscape, and the institutional investment industry investment process and investment strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • Recognized Bachelor's degree.
  • Broad base knowledge of the sales process from lead generation to relationship management.
  • Excellent communicator capable of handling high-profile clients across different industry sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team atmosphere that is both fast-paced as well as results-oriented.
  • Desire to work in a sales/lead generation role that is KPI and metrics-driven.
