Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Data Insights Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who share your passion for driving business growth through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Surface key insights from multiple data sources to inform complex operational decisions
  • Design and develop data visualizations, reports, and models to support strategic decision making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement data-driven solutions
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics across various business areas
  • Provide expert-level analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in a quantitative or scientific field, or equivalent experience
  • 12-15 years of analytical experience in advanced analysis and predictive analytics
  • 4-6 years leading and managing BI teams
  • Expert level experience with standard analysis tools and ability to create compelling data stories
  • Significant proficiency in one or more programming languages
  • Demonstrated curiosity to understand the 'why' in the data
