We are seeking an experienced leader to manage a diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors, including grain, cattle, dairy, and cotton producers. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and identifying new opportunities for growth.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned advisor to join our Regional banking team in Brisbane. As a seasoned advisor with extensive relationships in regional Queensland, you will work closely with clients to deliver financial solutions that meet client needs and drive strategy and deal execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their individual needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with product specialists to deliver financial solutions that meet client needs.
  • Drive strategy and deal execution, structuring and negotiation of financial solutions.
  • Owning proactive risk management responsibilities.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about building customer-centric relationships, has a strong commercial acumen, and experience in managing complex portfolios. If you have a proven track record in agribusiness, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach, we want to hear from you.
