About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance Team at CKE Restaurants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing rent payments, managing the bond process, and contributing to the improvement of our financial reporting and internal control processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process rent payments for our residents in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage the bond process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and filed correctly
  • Contribute to the improvement of our financial reporting and internal control processes
  • Collaborate with the Finance Team to ensure seamless financial operations
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of finance experience, preferably in a similar role
  • Familiarity with general ledger systems, with experience in NetSuite being a plus
  • Previous experience with room booking systems, such as PEX or Star Rez, is an advantage
  • Familiarity with the bond lodgement process is desirable
  • High level of proficiency in MS Excel and medium level proficiency in other MS Office products
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, efficient, and organized, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • A self-starter with a solutions-focused approach, able to identify and rectify data collection issues
  • Dependable, enthusiastic, and a team player, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results
