Documentation Leadership Opportunity

This role involves leading a team of content designers to deliver high-quality documentation that supports customer self-help and reduces support costs.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing content design, technical writing, or documentation teams in a SaaS or technology environment. A strong background in content strategy, information architecture for large documentation sets, and AI tool adoption is necessary.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of content designers responsible for delivering comprehensive documentation.
  • Partner with cross-functional partners to align documentation strategies and deliverables.
  • Define and continuously improve ways of working, rituals, and quality assurance practices for the team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of content designers to create high-quality documentation.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to ensure AI systems serve both documentation needs and user experience.

• Drive adoption of AI tools and automation to streamline documentation processes and improve content quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing content design, technical writing, or documentation teams in a SaaS or technology environment.

• Strong background in content strategy, information architecture for large documentation sets, and AI tool adoption.

• Experience leveraging AI and automation in content workflows and content management systems.

• Ability to lead teams through adoption of AI tools and set clear quality standards.
