Recruitment Specialist Opportunity

Crown Resorts is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our talent acquisition function, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in attracting and placing top talent to drive business success. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for volume roles across various portfolios, supporting hiring managers in the selection process, and developing strong internal relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attract and place top talent to drive business success
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for volume roles across various portfolios
  • Support hiring managers in the selection process and develop strong internal relationships with stakeholders
  • Instil a proactive approach to talent sourcing and become an expert on the end-to-end TA model

Requirements:

  • Volume/project recruitment experience, preferably within an internal talent acquisition function
  • Experience in recruitment and HRIS systems
  • Strong consulting skills and ability to articulate the TA service model to stakeholders
  • Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in the recruitment profession
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems of basic complexity
