Role Overview:

  • Manage a team of skilled fitters to ensure efficient, effective and safe mechanical rebuilds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the team to strip, inspect, repair and report on customer equipment.
  • Train and mentor staff in accordance with workshop procedures.
  • Complete quotations for customer activities and process service orders in SAP.
  • Coordinate site work within time expectations.
  • Plan service work including resource allocation and contractor management.
  • Demonstrate commitment to our zero-harm behaviors.

Job Requirements:

  • Trade certificate in mechanical fitting or equivalent experience.
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • High-risk forklift ticket highly desirable.
  • Current manual drivers license required.
