About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join their team and contribute to the design and project management of significant land development projects. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of interesting and challenging projects, choose which projects to work on, and build your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and project management of significant land development projects, including responsibility for civil works specifications, engineering reports, and tenders.
  • Manage the delivery of all design aspects of a project on time and to standards.
  • Undertake regular interface and liaison with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand and apply related safety in design practices and processes.
  • Maintain client relationships to develop long-term, sustainable working relationships that deliver repeat business.
  • Apply technical expertise to mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of design experience, with at least 5 years in Australia.
  • Working knowledge of 12D, DRAINS, and MUSIC essential.
  • Knowledge of flood modeling desirable, but not essential.
  • Experience with land development projects.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
