As a Junior Category Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing sourcing strategies that drive value, ensure supply certainty, and support our broader business goals. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand category needs, analyse procurement spend, assess markets, and drive supply chain improvements.

You will lead end-to-end procurement processes, including RFX, contract negotiation, performance management, and supplier governance. Your responsibilities will include managing supplier relationships across the lifecycle, focusing on performance, compliance, innovation, and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will monitor category performance through reporting, KPI tracking, and ongoing identification of value opportunities and supply chain risks.
