We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Site Manager to join our organization, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality projects across various sectors.
About the Role- A tertiary qualification in Building or a related field; or relevant trade background.
- Proven knowledge of building practices and a thorough understanding of the construction process, with solid experience in a similar role (3+ years).
- Experience leading and coaching teams to achieve their full potential.
- Ability to engage with subcontractors, consultants, and clients, developing loyal and ongoing relationships.
- A strong understanding of project planning and programming.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- A strong focus on ensuring safety is paramount on site.
