About this Role

We're seeking dedicated care professionals who can provide personalized in-home support services to clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored care solutions, encompassing assistance with daily living activities, transportation, personal care and emotional companionship
  • Foster client independence and dignity while building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
  • Help maintain a safe and comfortable living environment by assisting with household duties, including meal preparation and housekeeping

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of one year's experience in the care sector
  • A relevant qualification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to empathize with clients from diverse backgrounds

Licence/Certification: First Aid Certification, Working with Children Check, National Police Certificate, Driver Licence, Certificate 3.
