Accounting Transformation Expert

FloQast is an innovative Accounting Transformation Platform designed to automate accounting workflows. As a Solutions Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in month-end close processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to empower our direct sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver remote and on-site product demonstrations to address technical and operational accounting questions.
  • Enhance the sales team's accounting knowledge to better comprehend prospect needs.
  • Coach sales team members on effective strategies, positioning, and objection handling techniques.
  • Lead internal training sessions to boost accounting knowledge and improve overall performance.
  • Analyze sales cycle data to identify areas for improvement and optimize results.
  • Collaborate with product, support, and setup teams to ensure seamless implementations and efficient customer experience.
  • Communicate the cultural and intangible impacts experienced by sales representatives.
  • Improve email etiquette and communication skills to foster strong relationships.
  • Provide insights into why current clients chose FloQast as their Accounting Transformation partner.
  • Support Customer Success by addressing accounting and app-related questions and concerns.
  • Develop comprehensive training content to enhance the sales team's knowledge and skills.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends.
  • Revise and organize sales collateral as needed to align with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of industry accounting experience, particularly in month-end close processes.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to achieving high-quality outcomes.
  • Self-motivated with initiative and follow-through, able to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing demands.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Prior experience with FloQast or BlackLine as a user would be beneficial.
  • Experience with accounting systems implementation, such as ERP, payroll, expense, or cash management software.
