Job Title: Retail Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail professional to lead our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a unique concept store.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and inspire a team to achieve sales targets, manage key KPIs, and ensure high visual and operational standards across the store.
- Champion the customer journey by creating a warm, consultative, and inclusive environment that drives loyalty and retention.

- Develop and implement in-store activations, influencer events, and beauty service experiences that drive engagement and sales.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within retail, beauty, or service-driven environments with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to build and lead a high-performing team with energy, empathy, and accountability.
- Strong commercial acumen, including sales, stock, roster management, and store operations.
