Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager or Manager who is ready to take their career to the next level and join our Deal Advisory Tax team in Perth.
Your Opportunity
You will work on a wide variety of clients and transactions across Perth and our national practice. Your responsibilities may include:
- Tax due diligence
- Structuring, including advice on deal structures and fund structures
- Transaction document review
- Tax model reviews
- Post-deal integration
- Transaction related ATO and FIRB correspondence
About You
To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include:
- A tax professional with transactional experience or a passion for M&A.
- A commitment to client service with a proven track record of developing strong relationships with clients.
- Strong tax technical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment, supervise and mentor team members.
Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, plus additional benefits, such as flexible working hours, generous paid parental leave, and career breaks.
