Your RoleWe're looking for an experienced Associate to join our real estate finance team. You'll work on a broad range of real estate finance matters, including secured and unsecured, syndicated, club, and bilateral facilities, both cross-border and domestic. You'll enjoy a fascinating variety of legal work as part of a collaborative national team.
Requirements- 3-6 years' experience in real estate finance, gained within a reputable commercial law firm or professional services firm
- Strong technical drafting and communication skills
- Ability to assist clients with making difficult decisions
- A client-focused mindset, a responsive manner, and a demonstrated ability to form enduring relationships with peers, clients, and industry contacts
- A team player attitude, a collaborative method, and collegial style, and the ability to mentor more junior lawyers in the group
