About the Role

The Assistant Store Manager for our Chadstone location will lead by example in delivering a VIP standard of service to customers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Offering exceptional store and styling services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive return clientele.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve set targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Managing day-to-day in-store operations, including financial management.
Requirements
