We are seeking a dynamic Senior Retail Leader to join our team at our Richmond Outlet Store.

This is a full-time position requiring 38 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Drive exceptional customer experiences and help the team deliver on performance metrics.
  • SUCCESSION PLANNING: Ensure team members can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes.
  • Visual Merchandising: Execute in-store visual displays using your discretion to make commercial decisions.
  • Stock Management: Understand stock processes and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Coaching and Feedback: Provide on-the-spot feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Analytical Decision Making: Analyze reports to drive business decisions.
