We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Editorial Assistant to join our dynamic editorial team. This multifaceted role will involve assisting with editorial operations, content creation, and providing administrative support across the editorial department.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, enthusiastic about collaboration, and have a strong desire to learn and grow with our team. You'll work closely with the Editor, General Manager, and Fashion Director to manage day-to-day editorial tasks, including diary management, organising presentations, and overseeing fashion editorial projects.

About the Role

This Editorial Assistant role offers a unique opportunity to advance your career in a fast-paced and exciting editorial environment. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting with fashion shoot planning, trend research, and brand coordination.
  • Supporting logistics for shoots, events, and editorial operations.
  • Managing schedules, travel, expenses, and contributor contracts.
  • Overseeing sample tracking, press appointments, and showroom visits.
  • Handling fashion market research, shoot credits, and seasonal reports.
  • Coordinating PR, fashion week schedules, and key industry events.
  • Providing on-set support, event assistance, and shipment logistics.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in fashion editorial, digital media, or a related field.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Existing relationships with key fashion brand PR representatives and familiarity with the fashion industry, designers, brands, and global market trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams.
  • High attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude to tasks.
