Medical Support Role

This is a part-time medical support position available in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain patient confidentiality.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the business manager to maintain industry guidelines, managing internal/external correspondence, and administrative daily routine tasks.

They will also be required to liaise with patients and their families in a compassionate manner, schedule appointments and patient billings, and answer and respond to telephone enquires in a courteous and professional manner.

Prior medical experience is an advantage but not essential. High level English skills are required due to medical systems, and proficiency in medical practice software is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
