Job Title: Sales Representative

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our sales team as a Customer Experience Specialist.

The Customer Experience Specialist plays a vital role in delivering a seamless and engaging vehicle sales journey. You will represent various brands, act as a trusted advisor, and support customers throughout their experience.

Your focus will be on providing tailored solutions through exceptional service, expert product knowledge, and the ability to manage the end-to-end sales process with confidence.

You will also be comfortable using digital tools and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure every customer interaction is efficient, flexible, and memorable.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a personalized and engaging customer experience from enquiry through to delivery
  • Showcase deep product knowledge to educate customers on vehicle features and benefits
  • Manage the complete sales process including test drives, trade-in evaluations, paperwork, and post-sale follow-ups
  • Utilise technology to accurately maintain customer records and manage sales activity
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver a consistent and flexible experience across all customer touchpoints

You will also bring:

  • Proven experience in an automotive sales role
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences
  • A genuine interest in the automotive industry and enthusiasm for the products we represent
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using digital platforms
  • A valid driver's licence
