Key Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Provide strategic leadership for the City Central service point, collaborating with diverse teams to create an engaging environment for students, staff, industry partners, and the community.
  • Drive engagement programs to enhance the experience of all precinct users and supervise a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Accountabilities and Performance Metrics
  • Lead the delivery of the strategic direction of the precinct activation in close collaboration with senior stakeholders.
  • Measure and evaluate the impact of activation and engagement initiatives for stakeholders, industry engagement, and community relations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A relevant tertiary degree with extensive management expertise and relevant experience or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through education, training, or experience in a relevant discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing programs, developing, reviewing, or evaluating significant policies, programs, or initiatives related to stakeholder engagement, student services, and site activation.
