Customer Service Representative Job Opportunity

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for customer-focused professionals to work in a dynamic environment, providing exceptional service to internal and external customers. You will be responsible for receiving, processing booking, sending booking confirmation, and managing booking amendments and cancellations. Additionally, you will assist customers with their enquiries, ensuring a smooth distribution of import documentation and the delivery of import cargo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels (phone, email, etc.)
  • Process bookings efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely completion and minimal errors
  • Manage booking amendments and cancellations, communicating changes to customers
  • Assist customers with their enquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records and files, adhering to company standards

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have completed Year 12 or equivalent, 1-3 years of experience in customer service or sales support, good keyboard and computer skills, a customer-oriented approach, excellent communications skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask and work autonomously.
