Bar & Gaming Attendant

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bar & Gaming Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, creating memorable moments, and driving sales growth in our vibrant bar and gaming environment.

About the Role:

You will be at the forefront of guest interactions, using your excellent communication skills to provide personalized service and ensure every guest feels welcome. Your ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure, and maintain a clean and organized workspace will be essential in meeting the demands of a fast-paced bar environment.

We are looking for someone with strong beverage knowledge, experience in upselling, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. If you have a positive attitude, enjoy working in a team, and thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment, we want to hear from you

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
  • Take food and drink orders promptly and accurately, delivering with a high level of service.
  • Assist guests with inquiries related to the gaming room, TAB, and venue facilities.
  • Conduct regular checks and basic maintenance in the gaming area, resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor gaming operations to ensure compliance with venue policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Accurately process transactions using the POS system and handle cash responsibly.
  • Restock and maintain bar supplies and inventory to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support responsible service of alcohol and promote a safe, welcoming environment.
  • Provide friendly, personalized service that enhances the overall guest experience.
  • Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Occasionally assist with cellar duties and back-of-house operations as required.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have at least 1 year of experience in a similar bar or gaming role. You should possess solid beverage knowledge, confidence in service, and gaming and TAB experience (RCG essential). We are looking for someone who delivers standout customer service with a friendly, professional attitude, is detail-oriented, organised, and reliable under pressure, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
