Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse - Mental Health to join our team. As a mental health nurse, you will work with patients who require specialized care and support. You will be responsible for assessing patients' mental health needs, developing and implementing care plans, and providing emotional support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients' mental health needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Document patient information and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Valid National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
- Australian working rights
- Minimum of 3 doses of COVID-19 vaccination
- Flu vaccination
