Job Overview

The role of a Parking Attendant involves providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our carpark surveillance system.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Car Park Desk, offering a warm and welcoming experience to valued customers
  • Process payments and validate parking tickets for members, guests and colleagues
  • Monitor car park capacity, enforcing parking regulations and maintaining a safe environment
  • Maintain ticket terminals, ensuring they are fully functional and well-stocked
Key Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with a strong understanding of computer systems
  • A friendly, approachable and professional attitude, with a focus on delivering outstanding results
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, nights and public holidays
