Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an IT Service Management specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and promote ITSM processes based on the ITIL framework, focusing on incident, problem, change, release, and configuration management.
  • Manage diverse activities and priorities across organisational boundaries to ensure service delivery meets agreed service levels in a customer-focused ICT environment.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts and service level agreements with a strong emphasis on customer focus.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and promote ITSM processes based on the ITIL framework.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others, and work collaboratively with people.
  • Ability to manage diverse activities and priorities across organisational boundaries.
