Residential Construction Coordinator Role

As a Residential Construction Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the customer journey across all stages of the construction cycle.

  • Manage administration and customer engagement from contract stage through to defect maintenance
  • Prepare and maintain job files and documentation to company standards
  • Assist clients with colour selections and variations
  • Liaise with certifiers, surveyors, and engineers to ensure timely approvals
  • Oversee covenant applications, permits, and compliance requirements
  • Raise progress claims and ensure timely payment in line with legislation
  • Monitor defect requests and escalate where necessary
  • Provide proactive, professional communication to customers and stakeholders throughout the build
