As a key member of the real assets team, your direct focus is on Australian property. You will be responsible for the financial performance, strategy, and reporting of existing and new investments across traditional and emerging sectors.

This position provides an opportunity to develop experience in real estate investing as the investor or capital behind specific deals, and as an investor in established property funds.

You will have access to current investments with leading institutional fund managers and be involved in all investment management & transactions on direct property.

The role offers excellent external facing exposure to business leaders in Australian REITs, many networking opportunities at industry events, and interaction with agents, valuers, and other vendors on transaction activity.

You will work closely with active investment managers (fund manager, fund analyst, and asset manager) on decision-making for existing investments.

A minimum of three years of experience in the Australian property industry is required, along with a desire to build your career in property within the superannuation/capital level.

A Bachelor's Degree is essential, with a Master's Degree / CFA being highly valued.

Experience gained at the fund management level or property level is advantageous, with valuation experience also desirable.
