Investment Analysis Expert

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the full investment lifecycle, from origination and transactions to asset management and investor relations.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have a university degree in finance, commerce, property or economics, and 1-3 years of experience in real estate, corporate finance, investment banking or management consulting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and analyze real estate investment opportunities
  • Prepare project development feasibilities
  • Develop financial models and investment monitoring tools
  • Manage existing assets in line with investment guidelines
  • Build relationships with current and prospective investors
Requirements
  • University degree (finance, commerce, property, or economics preferred)
  • 1–3 years' experience in real estate, corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting
  • Understanding or desire to learn the Australian real estate investment market and development process
  • Experience in cash flow modelling and investment valuation
  • Strong numerical and financial modelling skills
