Business Transformation Leader

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business transformation initiatives. As a Business Transformation Leader, you will be responsible for guiding clients through significant change, leveraging your expertise in technology consulting to drive growth and profitability.

As a member of our team, you will contribute to shaping the future of our organization by helping clients define how to harness the power of technology to outperform their peers. You will work closely with our clients to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and implement solutions that drive tangible results.

Your role will involve:

  • Leveraging your entrepreneurial drive and vision to build a practice of consultants providing strategic guidance, mentorship, and commitment to impactful and sustainable outcomes for our clients.
  • Pursuing new revenue and business development opportunities while nurturing key client relationships and leading collaborative, high-performing consulting teams.
  • Influencing the future of our consulting practice by bringing fresh perspectives and creative, innovative solutions to the table.

As a thought leader in your field, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying, landing, and developing opportunities to advise senior executives on impactful change, resulting in standalone consulting revenue growth.
  • Cultivating and managing a portfolio of client relationships and engagements at various stages of development, ensuring the quality, impact, and profitability of client services provided by our team.
  • Building high-performing consulting teams, providing direction, mentorship, and quality assurance over team performance and deliverables.

Required skills and qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Partner/Associate Partner experience at a tier-one management consultancy or Partner level experience in the advisory arm of a technology consulting firm.
  • A track record of building consulting relationships and pipeline, with evidence of the development of sustained client programs.
  • Highly entrepreneurial as a consulting visionary, with experience of developing go-to-market strategy.
  • Deep experience in developing and delivering technology-focused client transformation programs, with a preference for next-generation technology such as AI, Quantum Computing etc.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and defined involvement in helping frame, design, and execute solutions for challenging business situations.
