Job Title: E-Discovery Data Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled E-Discovery Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing e-discovery projects, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality data solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectuate client objectives by interrogating client data and determining suitable software solutions
  • Work with Relativity and LAW to execute document productions, including bates stamping, creating load files and performing OCR
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle in accordance with client specifications
  • Juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Track delivery schedules, ensure quality assurance and manage changes in work scope
  • Communicate effectively with clients, offering proactive solutions to improve their workflow throughout a case's lifecycle
  • Develop industry knowledge to consult with clients on optimal workflows for their specific objectives
  • Provide technical hosting support to Project Management Teams globally
Requirements
  • Preferrably holds a degree in a STEM subject
  • Demonstrated organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data
  • Above average knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A strong analytical mindset and ability to think linearly
  • Embraces technology and is willing to learn new software platforms
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts and issues in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain calm
