Linux Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Linux professional to join our team as a Technical Specialist. As a subject matter expert, you will provide consultancy in the development, implementation, and management of all Linux platforms.

About the Role

  • Design and implement roadmaps across Private and Public Cloud platforms.
  • Manage, patch, upgrade, and support of all Linux platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to assess and implement infrastructure improvements.
  • Mentor junior engineers, promoting technical growth and development.

Requirements

  • Australian citizenship at the time of application.
  • Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
  • Relevant qualification or extensive experience and knowledge in area of expertise.
  • Contemporary knowledge and experience relevant to the role.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in Linux administration.
  • Proven ability to liaise with stakeholders and attend client meetings and technical forums.

Desirable Skills

  • Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, Helm, Keycloak, GPU accelerated workloads.
  • Kubernetes clusters with VMWare vSphere, Infoblox, F5 BIG-IP, Dell EMC Isilon, IBM QRadar.
  • VMWare vSphere, Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization.
  • Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, Satellite, Nagios, and Identity Manager.
