Lead Product Designer

We are seeking an experienced product designer to lead the development of innovative products across multiple customer touchpoints in the aviation environment.

This is a permanent role based at our Mascot Campus.

About the Role
  • Support the creative direction and execution of advanced product design solutions that elevate the customer experience and align with our brand values.
  • Apply Design Thinking and Human-Centred Design practices to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in product design and innovation, ideally for the airline/aviation industry or related field. They will also possess excellent leadership and team management skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative product design solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Liaise with internal and external partners to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Manage design teams and projects from concept to implementation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design.
