Job Summary

As a Warehouse Store Person, you will be responsible for receiving and stocking incoming goods, picking, packing, and dispatching orders while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with customers to ensure timely and professional responses.
  • Work closely with Sales & Service Support Coordinators on a daily basis.
  • Receive, check, and allocate stock, reporting discrepancies.
  • Ensure goods are handled carefully and placed strategically in the racking system.
  • Pick, label, and pack orders accurately for dispatch.
  • Load and unload stock from trucks safely.
  • Control stock movements through periodic checks and stock takes.
  • Perform general administration tasks.
  • Maintain the warehouse in a clean and orderly manner.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in warehousing/distribution.
  • Full valid Driver's License.
  • Forklift license.
  • White card (desirable).
  • Picker license (desirable).
  • A willingness to learn and positive attitude.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven with attention to detail.
  • Action orientated and customer focused.
  • Committed and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent numeracy, literacy, and communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
  • Display a 'can do' attitude and hands-on work capability.
