Project Support Specialist

This role is part of a team responsible for delivering swimming and water safety education. As a Project Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Manager and Senior Project Officer to progress strategic projects.

You will work collaboratively with the team to support the delivery of projects and strategies related to swimming and water safety. This includes coordinating project activities, preparing reports, and providing advice to ensure effective customer service.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with individuals at all levels.

This is a fixed-term, full-time position commencing as soon as possible up until June 2026. The ideal candidate will be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.

    • Demonstrated well developed conceptual and analytical skills, including the ability to identify problems and generate strategies to address them.
