Competition and Regulatory Law Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our highly regarded Competition & Regulatory team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in competition law and excellent leadership skills. They will be responsible for managing larger matters, leading teams and developing effective working relationships with clients.
As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in providing expert advice on complex competition and consumer law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, anti-competitive conduct allegations and ACCC investigations.
You will also be responsible for representing clients before the ACCC, the Australian Competition Tribunal, the Australian Energy Regulator, the Federal Court and the High Court.
