This exciting opportunity is for a skilled lawyer to join our Conflicts Team, providing expert advice on conflicts of interest and compliance related matters. Reporting to our Legal Risk & Compliance Manager, you will be a key member of the team and work closely with internal stakeholders to identify potential risks.
About the Role:
- Conduct thorough conflicts of interest searches and analyses;
- Liaise with Partners to manage information barriers and potential conflicts;
- Review prospective clients for reputational and financial risks;
- Assist in reviewing contractual arrangements and advising on legal and commercial risks;
- Educate and train staff on conflicts matters across multiple offices;
- Provide general legal support to the General Counsel and Risk team.
You will have the opportunity to work with experienced senior practitioners who will guide and encourage your further learning and development.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent research and analytical skills, a high level of attention to detail, and relevant corporate, commercial, and/or compliance experience. As a team player, you should be eager to learn and collaborate with others.
