Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide personalized support to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product offerings, providing expert advice to customers and colleagues.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a mortgage broking or financial services role.
  • Qualifications: Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking or equivalent.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of mortgage products and services, with the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
