About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Bonds Hobart store.

This is a casual position requiring flexibility to work day/nights and weekends across a Mon-Sunday roster.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and customer service, with excellent communication skills and the ability to use their initiative.

Previous fashion retail experience is highly regarded but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for customers
  • To maintain a high level of product knowledge and assist customers with their purchases
  • To work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and goals
  • To maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • To participate in visual merchandising and stock management tasks
