Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing technical specifications, conducting workshops, and working with stakeholders to ensure project success.
">Key Responsibilities
- Develop deep understanding of system functionality and design to ensure technical specifications are aligned, feasible, sustainable, and scalable.
- Conduct workshops for detailed requirements gathering, gap analysis, process mapping, identify acceptance criteria, and produce artefacts for business stakeholder presentation and agreement.
- Undertake system health assessments to identify gaps and contribute to recommendations for system uplift or replacement.
- Develop business/system requirements to align to the needs of the business tactically and strategically, ensuring business expectations are met.
- Source, develop, and maintain artefacts to support project needs.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate the implications of proposed changes and document business rules, functions, and requirements.
- Liaise with vendor, business, and technical teams to ensure successful completion of development and acceptance test cases.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in defining requirements for various systems used in road transport operations, PSN networks, radio channels, and network protocols.
They will also have proven ability to write detailed specifications for telephone and radio communication systems, skilled in developing requirements and use cases for integration of telephone and radio communication systems.
Able to review and understand network architecture across all layers and sites, ensuring alignment with system requirements and integration needs.
Tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
Experience working on complex technology programs, including data analysis and solution delivery.
Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable work packages.
Proven capability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience conducting workshops for requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
