Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead our Client Services Centre and drive operational excellence. This pivotal role involves leading high-performing teams, implementing innovative strategies, and enhancing client satisfaction across multiple contact channels.

  • Develop and motivate Client Services Team Leaders and Officers to deliver exceptional client experiences and first-contact resolution.
  • Oversee daily operations, including real-time management, planning, and resource allocation, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify and implement business improvement opportunities to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Manage performance through data analysis, reporting, and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement, culture, and professional development programs to foster a positive work environment.
  • Maintain compliance with WHS, quality, and contractual standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement process improvements and change management strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of managerial experience, preferably in a contact centre or customer service environment.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in budgeting, performance reporting, and operational planning.
  • A clinical background is highly regarded, but not essential.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and delivering high-quality client outcomes.
