Job Description

The Shift Manager plays a crucial role in leading the team during peak periods, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leveraging strong communication skills to motivate and engage the team;
  • Providing guidance and support to crew members during busy service periods;
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment;
  • Implementing strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory position within a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to obtain one);
  • A Responsible Service of Alcohol course (or willingness to undertake it).
  • Experience in delivering exceptional customer service and a proven track record of improving guest satisfaction.
