Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care to residents, respecting their individual needs and preferences
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support residents with medication management and administration
- Engage residents in activities and programs that promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
