What We're Looking For
  • Minimum Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care, or Disability
  • A passion and energy for delivering world-class care
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a tight-knit team and delegate tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards
