We are seeking an exceptional Allied Health Professional to lead our multidisciplinary team in delivering person-centred services. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced leader to join our organisation and drive growth and brand awareness.

About the Role

This role requires a self-motivated and professional leader with previous experience coaching or leading an allied health team. The successful candidate will have advanced organisational skills, high-level attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

The ideal candidate will be able to analyse and act on employee and performance data, using this information to drive business growth and improvement.

In addition to their leadership skills, the successful candidate will have strong influencing and negotiating skills and a proven ability to manage conflict.

This role also requires familiarity with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and experience in delivering person-centred multidisciplinary services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a dynamic and multidisciplinary team committed to empowering and enhancing the lives of our clients.
  • Ensure that allied health staff deliver goal-centred customer plans and record progress against their goals.
  • Assist with local recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
  • Monitor and coach employees to ensure they understand and achieve a high level of performance and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field such as healthcare management or allied health.
  • Proven experience in leading a multidisciplinary team in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
