Job Description:

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing a team to deliver excellent results
  • Monitoring and improving operational efficiency and productivity
  • Ensuring compliance with company processes, procedures, and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet challenging targets
  • Experience in the construction industry, preferably in reinforcing steel or a related field
