Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Ward Clerk to join our team on 6 East. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for coordinating communication, patient services, and clerical functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate communication between teams and patients' families
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and hospital personnel
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Collaborate with the Nurse Manager to ensure smooth ward operations
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy and typing skills
- Customer service experience (desired)
Benefits Package
- Competitive salary package, estimated at $65,000 - $80,000 per annum
- 5 weeks of annual leave + 13 additional days off (ADOs) per year
