Care Support Specialist

We are seeking dedicated Care Support Specialists to provide high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with personal care such as showering and dressing
  • Supporting daily tasks like eating and social activities
  • Working collaboratively with clinical team members to ensure care plans are implemented effectively
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to a team-oriented approach to optimize residents' health and wellbeing
  • Providing exceptional service to families and the community

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to the elderly
  • Comfortable interacting with diverse individuals
  • A reliable team player
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety protocols
  • A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent)
  • Willingness to undergo a Police Check and NDIS clearance process
