Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to fill the role of Store Manager.

As the most senior member of the team, you will be responsible for partnering closely with the Assistant Manager to develop and coach the team to deliver expert home styling advice and drive outstanding store sales.

Our ideal candidate is a results-driven individual who possesses excellent leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a keen eye for detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a retail sales environment with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
